Scope of this notice
This notice covers the public SysKeep website and its contact form. Customer organisations using the authenticated SysKeep application control the operational information entered into their own tenant and should provide their users with any organisation-specific privacy information that applies to that use.
The public website does not use advertising cookies or behavioural analytics.
Information we receive
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, work email address, organisation if supplied, the subject of your enquiry and the message you write. Basic technical information such as your IP address may be processed temporarily to protect the form, enforce rate limits and investigate misuse.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations, provide requested pricing or technical information and manage early-access or customer relationships. Contact-form messages are sent securely to the SysKeep application and delivered to [email protected].
We do not sell personal information or use contact-form details to build advertising profiles.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry correspondence only for as long as it is useful for responding to you, maintaining the resulting business relationship, protecting the service or meeting applicable legal requirements.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete information held about you, or ask us to stop using your details for further communication, by emailing [email protected]. We may need enough information to identify the relevant correspondence before acting on a request.
